This coaching pack is made up of four 1-hour coaching sessions. These four sessions are not restricted to being used in a single month or being used during a 30 day period. Instead, you must book and use all four within a single year. You can choose to do all four within a single month or spread them out over a few months or over the entire year, but the fourth session must be completed within one year of purchase.
