Are you are looking for a part-time or full-time position, or for more freelance ?
Are you looking to expand your business and hire someone to help you?
Think of a lamp. It is made up of a light bulb (creative freelancer), a cord (me), and an outlet (creative entrepreneur). The cord connects great power with great potential. Most of the people I connect are working remotely, however I have also made matches for in-house and on-site positions.
Here is what I do:
FOR ENTREPRENEURS GROWING THEIR BUSINESS, LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO ADD TO THEIR TEAM
Recruiting Creatives is about matching growing companies (the power) with creative talent (the potential) in both portfolio and personality. I am matching more than a creative or clerical need with talent and abilities. My objective is to understand your work environment and the roles to be filled, the demands, and your core values to ensure I find a creative that will jive with how you work best. Join the list below to keep up with the latest from Recruiting Creatives, to discover pitfalls to avoid with having a remote employee, and tips for keeping that new addition challenged and happy.
I will be contacting people, after you have been contacted you will begin to receive regular emails from recruiting creatives.

I will be contacting people starting Sept 1, 2017. And you will begin to receive regular emails from me then as well.
THE WHY
I love connecting people. I love helping people. So when I hear of a need and I know someone that can scratch that itch, I want to help get those two people together. For years, I have been connecting people in the creative field: matching interns with small agencies, alumni with small businesses looking for designers and illustrators, friends with kick-ass skills with other friends who have killer businesses and are looking for partnerships. Many are budding designers going to companies wrestling with growing pains. Will they say “no” to filling more positions and continue to struggle, or say “yes” and take on an employee to increase their potential? It is a win-win for both people, helping both to grow.
THE WHAT
I have met a lot of designers, letterers, illustrators, and entreprenuers throughout the five years I have been creating the Design Recharge Podcast. I have successfully connected quite a few thriving teams and am excited to share my match-making in an official capacity.
I connect budding creatives with growing entrepreneurs (usually one person firms that are looking to expand or focus their work by hiring someone new to the industry to do production and junior level design work).
I stay in touch to see how the relationship is growing, monitor continuing needs, encourage what is working, advise on what isn’t, and find ways to fertilize and nourish both parties as their labor bears fruit.
