Does this situation describe you?
Your business is growing and you can’t keep up. You don’t have the budget to hire a seasoned professional and hiring someone flat out full-time scares you. You either have to put the brakes on your burgeoning business or you have to bite the bullet and hire someone to help you. You aren’t looking for a partner but someone you can train to do the tasks you need done, so you can focus on continuing to grow your business. Does this describe you? Are you an entrepreneur feeling the pressure of too much to do, but not enough time? Is your personal life suffering because you have can’t keep up with the deadlines? You want to have someone to help you, but you have no idea where to turn. You need someone you can trust who understands how you work, what you need, and your personality.
That is where I come in. Your business is like a house with many rooms but you can only be in one room at a time. Your light is in one room, your company is the outlet and the electricity that flows to all of the rooms, but you need more lights. Lights come with a cord to connect the light bulb with the power. I am the cord. The cord connects great power with great potential.
Most of our creatives are working remotely but if you are looking to hire an on-site or in-house person we can help there too.
Recruiting Creatives is about matching growing companies (the power) with creative talent (the potential) in both portfolio and personality. I am matching more than a creative or clerical need with talent and abilities. I work to understand your work environment and type of work you need help with, the demands, and your core values to make sure I find a creative that will jive with how you work best.
Join the list below to keep up with what is happening with Recruiting Creatives, pitfalls to avoid with having a remote employee, and tips for keeping that new addition challenged and happy. I will be contacting people starting Sept 1, 2017. And you will begin to receive regular emails from me then as well.
