The Questions

  1. Chloe, can you give everybody a little background about your start in design and what you focus on? What services you provide and who you normally serve (audience)?
  2. You see your role as a brand scientist and I love that. Can you explain why?
  3. Why is creating deeper customer personas necessary to the design process to ensure equity and power?
  4. How does subjective reality lead to bad decisions in design?
  5. How are you facilitating relationships between your client and their customers? How do you use design to maintain and grow this relationship?
  6. A lot of these studies are done by big marketing firms and this stuff can scare me or be out of budget for a project.
  7. Why is this step so critical? And maybe I am thinking of it in an incorrect way. Can these users studies be smaller and not as extensive as I am thinking?
  8. Is this stuff that designers need to be incorporating into all their projects? Is it incorporated into a brand strategy session for your business?
  9. How can we cultivate and develop better relationships with our clients and develop these relationships for the client with their customers?
  10. How do you recharge? What inspires you?
  11. Is there a quote or something that you keep close to help you get through tough times?
  12. What is next?
